Menquility is a gay-owned, M4M men's spa in Kips Bay, Manhattan NYC. Built for gay, bi, curious, and queer-allied men who want to truly let go — no performance, no pretense, just complete presence.
“We built Menquility because there was nowhere in this city that felt like it was truly ours.”
The name is a play on tranquility. That's the whole point — bringing you to a state of complete calm you can't quite find anywhere else in New York. The city never stops. This place does.
Menquility was founded by a small group of gay men in New York who had spent twenty years between us as clients of every “men's spa” the city had to offer — and walked out of every one of them feeling like a guest in someone else's house. The unisex day-spas in Chelsea felt curated for tourists. The bathhouse circuit served a different need entirely. The hotel spas closed at 6pm and treated every booking like an upsell. Nowhere combined three things at once: real therapeutic bodywork, a fully masculine environment, and the kind of operational discretion that lets a gay man — closeted, out, married, single — book on a Tuesday afternoon without explaining himself.
We are M4M. Our therapists are men. Our clients are men — gay, bi, curious, all welcome. The environment reflects that: no awkwardness, no performance, just total ease from the moment you walk in. Every therapist on staff is an experienced male professional, selected for exceptional technique, years of hands-on practice, and the ability to create a completely judgment-free space.

No walk-ins. The time is yours alone, in a private suite, with a therapist who is reading your body — not the clock.
The Suites
Matte textures, amber lighting, acoustic dampening. Each suite is climate-controlled, completely private, with heated tables and private showers pre- and post-session. We use premium massage oils and full draping standards on every session except Thai (clothed) and nuru (gel-based, on a vinyl table protector).
